Thermal break solution
The Kingspan AIR-CELL Insulbreak is the next big insulation solution for steel-framed construction. As a 3-in-1 combination of insulation, vapour barrier and thermal break, it can be used for residential metal roof and commercial metal deck roof insulation, as well as steel-framed wall and warehouse metal clad wall insulation.
Features
This amazing product achieves the R0.20 compliance (NCC BCA Vol. 1 Section J) that is required for NCC BCA compliance. Although ideal for steel-framed construction, it can also be used in non-steel framed applications such as timber-framed roofs.
Used in steel-framed buildings, the Kingspan AIR-CELL Insulbreak reduces thermal bridging and conductivity between different building elements. This is due to its patented structure, which consists of cross-linked, closed-cell structure, sandwiched between highly reflective foil surfaces.
